I am a therapist who among other things work with creating individually customized training programs for my customers. During my work I meet customers, conduct analyzes, choose exercises and send customers tailor made programs with exercises to do at home.
I grew tired of sitting and manually building every single exercise program from scratch, which took extremely long time, both from my customers and from my undeclarable working hours! I lacked simple, affordable options on the market that can generate PDFs of the exercises I use instanteneously, so I decided to create my own.
